A straightforward approach to windows and doors

We focus on impact-rated exterior openings for homes, condos, and townhomes in Fort Lauderdale and surrounding Broward communities.

The process begins with the property: what is being replaced, how each opening is used, which conditions may affect installation, and which product choices matter most to the homeowner.

We keep the conversation practical: what each opening needs, what it will cost, and how long the permit and install will take.

Owner-run since 2008

Our installs are handled by a Fort Lauderdale company that has been replacing windows and doors in South Florida since 2008. It is owner-run: the person who holds the Florida certified building contractor license is the same person who oversees your project.

That matters on an impact job. The license holder is the one who signs the permit, and the one the inspector deals with at the end. Having that person close to the work means fewer handoffs between the quote, the crew and the city.

Most of our work is in Broward County, with jobs north into Palm Beach County as well. Homes, townhomes and condos all come through the same process: measure every opening, price it in writing, file the permit, install and close it out.
